They go out of there way to make you feel like family. Shout out to the service department too for being there to answer questions and steer us in the right direction.

Although I didnt end up purchasing a truck as it wasnt the right vehicle for me, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of working with Ryan Richey and would recommend asking for him. He worked very hard on getting me numbers, pictures, and videos (before I visited) and most importantly - was very kind and understanding after I said the truck was not for me. Very nice to have someone knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy.
I came in for warranty work which was done promptly and did not have glitches in its installation that I had been warned about by others. The service department did not oversale any extra products but gave me what I considered an honest assessment of my vehicles maintenance. As I waited for the repairs I noticed several return customers for service but non of them were there because of faulty work from before. I have always been cautious of going to a dealer for repair work but I will return to Tipton Ford for more work.

We recently moved to Tipton from Fishers, where we have taken to that local dealer MANY times. Tipton Ford fixed the current problem, as well as 2 recalls...one of which we had been told by Fishers was on a nationwide shortage repeatedly for nearly a year. The staff was customer-service oriented, friendly, provided excellent customer service and did great work. So happy we found them as we will be looking to purchase a new vehicle soon and feel the experience will be a pleasant one! Highly recommend this dealership!

Some of them were a little rude at first except katlin stanley she was nice from start to finish. They opened up a little at the end but the guy who worked in the back st the first desk was very nasty from start to end. Katlin is the only reason I’m even giving 3 stars

Tipton Ford Super Quick Service
After doing some extensive research, Kai Lane and the Tipton Ford team were able to get me the best deal in the whole Midwest on a 2025 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch. By the time we arrived, they had the Bronco pulled up to the front and warmed up for me to test drive. Great service, great deal, great rates all around!
Braden Birkey was awesome at helping me pick a new car! Me and my grandpa came in to look at some cars because my current one decided it was time to retire. We gave him our price range for a monthly payment and some of the things I would want my new car to have and he presented us with a great choice. I fell in love with the car immediately! Programming new keys/fob chip
I bought 2 "aftermarket" keys online.
Everywhere I called said that the chances were against me. That my generic keys probably wouldn't work. Locksmiths didn't want to mess with it, or they wanted paid up front & over the phone😯 or they wanted at least $200 and still couldn't guarantee I'd be driving away.
Finally, I called my local Ford dealership!!

Got a letter in the mail for some recall work on my oil pump I contacted Tipton Ford since they were put close to the dealership to take care of that Mike was phenomenal and always made sure that I was in the loop if any work that needed to be done turns out there was a purge valve that also had a recall so he took care of that too but definitely recommend coming in for service
Came to buy a vehicle and was greeted by Braden which was a very helpful and funny salesman. He helped me get a very reliable and worthwhile truck. Very helpful and fun, would recommend asking for him if you get a chance. Great place to get a vehicle, lots of choices and helpful staff!

Drew Shepherd is a wolf in sheep's clothing and will tell bold lies right to your face. He doesn’t care; legally he covers his own behind, but ethically, this man should face court.
